Directions
- Set Anova to 56.5 Degree’s C and add to the vacuum sealed burgers for 90 mins.
Finishing Steps
- Remove the burgers and pat dry.
- Season and place them on a metal rack like an oven shelf placed over a heatproof dish.
- Sear each side of the burger for approx 45 seconds with a torch.
- Ready to eat!
