Ingredients

• 2 Frozen 100g Burgers
• Salt

Directions

1. Set Anova to 56.5 Degree’s C and add to the vacuum sealed burgers for 90 mins.

Finishing Steps

1. Remove the burgers and pat dry.
2. Season and place them on a metal rack like an oven shelf placed over a heatproof dish.
3. Sear each side of the burger for approx 45 seconds with a torch.
4. Ready to eat!
