Ingredients for 3
3- Beff Filets 8 oz each
Butter- thin pad per filet
Salt & Peper- to taste, both sides
Minced garlic- pinch per filet
Directions
- 
                            
                        Step 1
Preheat Anova to 140 degrees
 - 
                            
                        Step 2
Add salt, pepper, minced garlic and pad of butter to each filet
 - 
                            
                        Step 3
Seal in bag
 - 
                            
                        Step 4
Cook for 2 hrs at 140 degrees
 - 
                            
                        Step 5
Remove from Anova and pat dry
 - 
                            
                        Step 6
Sear on high heat over open flame of pellet grill
