Beef filets mignons 1-1/2” thick, seared on open flame of pellet grill. My wife likes meat over cooked so we settle on medium.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat Anova to 140 degrees
  2. Add salt, pepper, minced garlic and pad of butter to each filet
  3. Seal in bag
  4. Cook for 2 hrs at 140 degrees
  5. Remove from Anova and pat dry
  6. Sear on high heat over open flame of pellet grill

Finishing Steps

  1. Serve while hot with your favorite sides
