Filet Mignon
Beef filets mignons 1-1/2” thick, seared on open flame of pellet grill. My wife likes meat over cooked so we settle on medium.

140F / 60C
Ingredients
		- 3- Beff Filets 8 oz each
 
		- Butter- thin pad per filet
 
		- Salt & Peper- to taste,  both sides
 
		- Minced garlic- pinch per filet
 
	
Directions
		- Preheat Anova to 140 degrees
 
		- Add salt, pepper, minced garlic and pad of butter to each filet
 
		- Seal in bag
 
		- Cook for 2 hrs at 140 degrees
 
		- Remove from Anova and pat dry 
 
		- Sear on high heat over open flame of pellet grill
 
	
Finishing Steps
				- Serve while hot with your favorite sides
