Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.

Pat down rack of lamb

Mix Seasoning in a bowl. Set aside.

Chop butter (1/2 stick) set aside

Pat salt & Pepper onto lamb.

Apply garlic & Ginger Paste onto both sides

Rub Seasoning onto both side. Drizzle with olive oil.

Place lamb into bag. Place butter cubes on top both sides of lamb in bag. Vacuum seal it. Set aside.

Place bag into prepped water container and start cooking!
