Basic way to make lamb with turmeric & Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients
- Salt
- Pepper
- McCormicks Garlic Pepper
- Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
- Turmeric
- Thyme
- Italian Seasoning
- Parsley
- Unsalted Butter
- Olive Oil
- Gaelic & Ginger Paste
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132.0ºF / 55.6ºC.
- Pat down rack of lamb
- Mix Seasoning in a bowl. Set aside.
- Chop butter (1/2 stick) set aside
- Pat salt & Pepper onto lamb.
- Apply garlic & Ginger Paste onto both sides
- Rub Seasoning onto both side. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Place lamb into bag. Place butter cubes on top both sides of lamb in bag. Vacuum seal it. Set aside.
- Place bag into prepped water container and start cooking!
