Ingredients for 4
2 pounds pork chops
3 garlic cloves crushed
½ TBs dried basil
¼ cup basalmic vinegar
1 TBs or less himalayan salt
3 TBs extra virgin olive oil
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.
 - 
                        
Step 2
Rinse meat and pat dry with paper towel
 - 
                        
Step 3
Sprinkle with salt and set aside
 - 
                        
Step 4
In a small bowl, combine vinegar with olive oil, basil and garlic.
 - 
                        
Step 5
Stir well and spread the mixture evenly over meat in a large Ziploc bag
 - 
                        
Step 6
Force air out and seal the bag.
 - 
                        
Step 7
Cook en sous vide for 1 hour @ 158 degrees for well done or @ 144 degrees for medium rare
