Basalmic Pork Chops

Ingredients
		- 2 pounds pork chops
 
		- 3 garlic cloves crushed
 
		- ½ TBs dried basil
 
		- ¼ cup basalmic vinegar
 
		- 1 TBs or less himalayan salt
 
		- 3 TBs extra virgin olive oil
 
	
Directions
		- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.
 
		- Rinse meat and pat dry with paper towel 
 
		- Sprinkle with salt and set aside 
 
		- In a small bowl, combine vinegar with olive oil, basil and garlic. 
 
		- Stir well and spread the mixture evenly over meat in a large Ziploc bag
 
		- Force air out and seal the bag. 
 
		- Cook en sous vide for 1 hour @ 158 degrees for well done or @ 144 degrees for medium rare
