  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 158.0ºF / 70.0ºC.
  2. Rinse meat and pat dry with paper towel
  3. Sprinkle with salt and set aside
  4. In a small bowl, combine vinegar with olive oil, basil and garlic.
  5. Stir well and spread the mixture evenly over meat in a large Ziploc bag
  6. Force air out and seal the bag.
  7. Cook en sous vide for 1 hour @ 158 degrees for well done or @ 144 degrees for medium rare
