Ingredients for 4
3 lb chuck roast, cubed
8 garlic cloves
6 chipotles in adobo
1 yellow or white onion
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 4-oz can green chilies
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Salt
Pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions

Step 1
Brown Chuck roast, about 2 minutes per side

Place all other ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until integrated. It doesn't need to be completely pureed.

Put everything, including pan juices, into sealable bag and place in water bath.
