  1. Brown Chuck roast, about 2 minutes per side
  2. Place all other ingredients in blender or food processor and mix until integrated. It doesn't need to be completely pureed.
  3. Put everything, including pan juices, into sealable bag and place in water bath.

Finishing Steps

  1. Pour everything into bowl and shred. Serve as tacos, burrito, quesadillas, or chilaquiles!
