Asian Pork Chops
Ingredients for 2
2-3 Boneless Pork Chops
4 Garlic Cloves Minced
3 TBS Soy Sauce
1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
2 TBS Sesame Oil
2 TBS Chili Olive Oil
1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 Cup Pepper Jelly (habanero)
1 TBS Rice Vinigar
Ground Black Pepper to taste
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
Whisk ingredients (all but pork) in a small bowl until combined.
Place Pork Chops in Bag and pour Asian sauce in the bag with the bag. Mix around to coat.
Seal bag and place in pot for 1 ho Heat ur.
Heat cast iron skillet and sear finished pork chops. (I pour the sauce from the bag in on top of the chops and reduce it for 2-3 min)
Plate with sauce drizzled over.
