Ingredients
- 2-3 Boneless Pork Chops
- 4 Garlic Cloves Minced
- 3 TBS Soy Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Hoisin Sauce
- 2 TBS Sesame Oil
- 2 TBS Chili Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/4 Cup Pepper Jelly (habanero)
- 1 TBS Rice Vinigar
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
- Whisk ingredients (all but pork) in a small bowl until combined.
- Place Pork Chops in Bag and pour Asian sauce in the bag with the bag. Mix around to coat.
- Seal bag and place in pot for 1 ho Heat ur.
- Heat cast iron skillet and sear finished pork chops. (I pour the sauce from the bag in on top of the chops and reduce it for 2-3 min)
- Plate with sauce drizzled over.
