Spicy Asian Sauce Pork Chops

  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140.0ºF / 60.0ºC.
  2. Whisk ingredients (all but pork) in a small bowl until combined.
  3. Place Pork Chops in Bag and pour Asian sauce in the bag with the bag. Mix around to coat.
  4. Seal bag and place in pot for 1 ho Heat ur.

  1. Heat cast iron skillet and sear finished pork chops. (I pour the sauce from the bag in on top of the chops and reduce it for 2-3 min)
  2. Plate with sauce drizzled over.
