Ingredients for 3
3lbs of country style pork ribs
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup sugar
1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoon honey
Garlic powder
Ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Sriracha to taste (optional)
Sesame seeds (optional)
Green onions (optional)
Directions

Step 1
Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder (use a bit extra), and ginger (use a little)

Mix the ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, honey, hoisin sauce, lemon juice and sriracha together

Add some of the sauce to the ribs now. Reserve the rest for later

Seal your ribs with your sealer or place in a ziplock bag.

Add to your water bath once your temperature is set

Finishing Steps

Remove from your water bath and sear all sides of the pork to your temperature.

Once it's finished, drizzle the remaining sauce on the finished ribs and enjoy. (Optional, sprinkle with sesame seeds and/or green onions)
