Ingredients
- 3lbs of country style pork ribs
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoon honey
- Garlic powder
- Ground ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sriracha to taste (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
- Green onions (optional)
Directions
- Season ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder (use
a bit extra), and ginger (use a little)
- Mix the ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, honey, hoisin
sauce, lemon juice and sriracha together
- Add some of the sauce to the ribs now. Reserve
the rest for later
- Seal your ribs with your sealer or place in a
ziplock bag.
- Add to your water bath once your temperature is set
Finishing Steps
- Remove from your water bath and sear all sides
of the pork to your temperature.
- Once it's finished, drizzle the remaining sauce on
the finished ribs and enjoy. (Optional, sprinkle
with sesame seeds and/or green onions)
