Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132ºF / 55.6ºC

Vacuum bag the roast(s).

Sous vide roast(s) for 26 hours.

Remove from vacuum bag and pat dry.

Blow torch all over the roast(s) until crust develops to your satisfaction.
