  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 132ºF / 55.6ºC
  2. Vacuum bag the roast(s). 
  3. Sous vide roast(s) for 26 hours. 

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove from vacuum bag and pat dry.
  2. Blow torch all over the roast(s) until crust develops to your satisfaction.
  3. Carve thinly and serve on buns with (or without) a sharp cheddar sauce.
