Ingredients for 1
1 lb pork chops
2 tablespoons of green chile
3 tablespoons of crab-apple jelly (can substitute jam or jelly of choice)
2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
3 sliced green onions
3 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC

Step 2
In a small bowl combine chile, jelly, vinegar, onion, and garlic. Add pork chops to individual sous vide bags and divide mixture from bowl between them.

Step 3
Cook in the sous vide at 145 degrees for 1 to 4 hours.
