Ingredients for 1

  • 1 lb pork chops

  • 2 tablespoons of green chile

  • 3 tablespoons of crab-apple jelly (can substitute jam or jelly of choice)

  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar

  • 3 sliced green onions

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC

  • Step 2

    In a small bowl combine chile, jelly, vinegar, onion, and garlic. Add pork chops to individual sous vide bags and divide mixture from bowl between them.

  • Step 3

    Cook in the sous vide at 145 degrees for 1 to 4 hours.

      Place pork chops in the smoker and smoke on high heat util desired outside appearance about 10 minutes.
