  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
  2. In a small bowl combine chile, jelly, vinegar, onion, and garlic. Add pork chops to individual sous vide bags and divide mixture from bowl between them.
  3. Cook in the sous vide at 145 degrees for 1 to 4 hours.
