Apple Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 1 lb pork chops
- 2 tablespoons of green chile
- 3 tablespoons of crab-apple jelly (can substitute jam or jelly of choice)
- 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
- 3 sliced green onions
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145ºF / 62.8ºC
- In a small bowl combine chile, jelly, vinegar, onion, and garlic. Add pork chops to individual sous vide bags and divide mixture from bowl between them.
- Cook in the sous vide at 145 degrees for 1 to 4 hours.

- Place pork chops in the smoker and smoke on high heat util desired outside appearance about 10 minutes.
