Ingredients for 10
2 Cups Burbon or White Whiskey
2 Apples
1 tsp Allspice
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
4 Cinnamon Sticks
2 Pint Mason Jars w/lids
Directions

Step 1
Core and chop apples into 1” squares, and fill your jars.

Mix your Bourbon, with your allspice, nutmeg, and vanilla.

Add two cinnamon sticks to each jar.

Step 4
Pour Bourbon and spice mixture into jars with apples and cinnamon.

Seal jars tight with lid.

Step 6
Place in water bath at 135° for 3 hrs.

Finishing Steps

Remove from water bath.

Step 1
Chill in an ice bath for 15-30 min.

Step 2
Filter out all solids into another jar through cheesecloth and a funnel.

Mix in a cocktail or sip straight, and enjoy!
