Apple Pie Infused Burbon

Ingredients
- 2 Cups Burbon or White Whiskey
- 2 Apples
- 1 tsp Allspice
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 4 Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 Pint Mason Jars w/lids
Directions
- Core and chop apples into 1” squares, and fill your jars.
- Mix your Bourbon, with your allspice, nutmeg, and vanilla.
- Add two cinnamon sticks to each jar.
- Pour Bourbon and spice mixture into jars with apples and cinnamon.
- Seal jars tight with lid.
- Place in water bath at 135° for 3 hrs.
Finishing Steps
- Remove from water bath.
- Chill in an ice bath for 15-30 min.
- Filter out all solids into another jar through cheesecloth and a funnel.
- Mix in a cocktail or sip straight, and enjoy!
