  • Black Pepper

Directions

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148ºF / 64.4ºC

  • Step 2

    Clean your chicken pieces.

  • Step 3

    Season all chicken pieces.

  • Step 4

    Place each chicken piece in a vacuum bag and seal.

  • Step 5

    When your cooker reaches the set temperature, place the bags in the water bath and cook for 2 hours.

      Remove the finished bags and place in an ice bath.

      Once chilled refrigerate until ready to use.
