Ingredients
- 3 ea. Boneless Chicken Breast
- Rosemary
- Sea Salt
- Black Pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148ºF / 64.4ºC
- Clean your chicken pieces.
- Season all chicken pieces.
- Place each chicken piece in a vacuum bag and seal.
- When your cooker reaches the set temperature, place the bags in the water bath and cook for 2 hours.
Finishing Steps
- Remove the finished bags and place in an ice bath.
- Once chilled refrigerate until ready to use.
