  1. Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 148ºF / 64.4ºC
  2. Clean your chicken pieces.
  3. Season all chicken pieces.
  4. Place each chicken piece in a vacuum bag and seal.
  5. When your cooker reaches the set temperature, place the bags in the water bath and cook for 2 hours.

Finishing Steps

  1. Remove the finished bags and place in an ice bath.
  2. Once chilled refrigerate until ready to use.
