  • Adobo All Purpose Seasoning with Pepper (con pimienta)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Pat dry chicken breast.

  • Step 2

    Cover chicken with moderate dusting of seasoning on both sides.

  • Step 3

    Place seasoned chicken into bag, remove excess air and seal bag. (Immersion technique seems sufficient)

  • Step 4

    Sous Vide @ 146.3 for 1.5 - 2hrs for thicknesses up to 1.5”.
