Ingredients
- 2x Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts - Air Chilled (No Water Added)
- Adobo All Purpose Seasoning with Pepper (con pimienta)
Directions
- Pat dry chicken breast.
- Cover chicken with moderate dusting of seasoning on both sides.
- Place seasoned chicken into bag, remove excess air and seal bag. (Immersion technique seems sufficient)
- Sous Vide @ 146.3 for 1.5 - 2hrs for thicknesses up to 1.5”.
