  • 2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper

  • 2 Tbsp Coasher Salt

  • 4 Tbsp Course Salt

  • 2 Tbsp of Seasoning

Directions

    Dry your filet with a paper towel

  • Step 2

    Blend your ingredients in a bowl

  • Step 3

    Coat your filet on all sides generously

  • Step 4

    Place in your vacuum sealed bag

  • Step 5

    Leave it in the steak hot tub for 3 hours
