Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
- 2 Tbsp Coasher Salt
- 4 Tbsp Course Salt
- 2 Tbsp of Seasoning
Directions
- Dry your filet with a paper towel
- Blend your ingredients in a bowl
- Coat your filet on all sides generously
- Place in your vacuum sealed bag
- Leave it in the steak hot tub for 3 hours
Finishing Steps
- Pull your filet out of the bag and place in a super hot pan, sear each side for 45-90 seconds.
Let stand for 5 minutes and then enjoy
