  1. Dry your filet with a paper towel
  2. Blend your ingredients in a bowl
  3. Coat your filet on all sides generously
  4. Place in your vacuum sealed bag
  5. Leave it in the steak hot tub for 3 hours

Finishing Steps

  1. Pull your filet out of the bag and place in a super hot pan, sear each side for 45-90 seconds. Let stand for 5 minutes and then enjoy
