  • Montreal steak spice

Directions

  • Step 1

    Rub Montreal steak spice all over exterior of steak, including sides.

  • Step 2

    Place steak in bag and seal.

  • Step 3

    Preheat water and lower bag into container.

  • Step 4

    Cook until ANOVA beeps.

  • Step 5

    Remove steak from water and bag, pat dry thoroughly.

      Re-season if desired.

    • Step 1

      Heat cast iron pan or skillet on high heat and add canola oil.

    • Step 2

      Sear meat for 30-60 seconds on all sides, including edges.
