- Rib steak
- Montreal steak spice
Directions
- Rub Montreal steak spice all over exterior of steak, including sides.
- Place steak in bag and seal.
- Preheat water and lower bag into container.
- Cook until ANOVA beeps.
- Remove steak from water and bag, pat dry thoroughly.
Finishing Steps
- Re-season if desired.
- Heat cast iron pan or skillet on high heat and add canola oil.
- Sear meat for 30-60 seconds on all sides, including edges.
