Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season with salt, pepper, garlic & butter

  • Step 3

    Sous vide at 1:45 for two hours

  • Step 4

    Remove from bag add more salt and pepper

  • Step 5

    Sear in a cast iron pan with butter and oil for one minute 20 seconds each side

    • Step 0

      Add salt pepper sear in a cast iron frying pan for one minute 20 seconds each side
