Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 145.0ºF / 62.8ºC.
- Season with salt, pepper, garlic & butter
- Sous vide at 1:45 for two hours
- Remove from bag add more salt and pepper
- Sear in a cast iron pan with butter and oil for one minute 20 seconds each side
- Add salt pepper sear in a cast iron frying pan for one minute 20 seconds each side
