  • Lemon Juice

  • Lime juice

  • 1/2 cup orange Juice

  • 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder

  • 1 Tsp smoked Paprika

  • 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar

  • Salt and pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Place all items in a blender and blend smooth. Add to bag with chicken and marinate 12 hours

  • Step 3

    Cook chicken for 3 hours at 167 F
