Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Parsley
- 1/4 sweet onion
- Lemon Juice
- Lime juice
- 1/2 cup orange Juice
- 1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp smoked Paprika
- 3 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper
Directions
- Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 167.0ºF / 75.0ºC.
- Place all items in a blender and blend smooth. Add to bag with chicken and marinate 12 hours
- Cook chicken for 3 hours at 167 F
