2 Pak Choi
100 grams mushrooms of choice
350 grams tofu
500 ml of vegetable stock
3 tbs of sriracha
2 tbs of vegan oyster sauce
2 tbs of soy sauce
2 tbs seasame oil
Lime juice from one lime
Two spring onions
Seasame seeds
Directions

Step 1
1. Wash and prepare all your ingredients. Wash and separate Pak Choi leaves. Cut mushrooms in to regular shape. Cut tofu in even cubes. Set your Anova to have the station ready.

2. In a bowl mix all the sauces to even paste, add sesame and lime juice. Add the stock and cooperate it together.

3. In earlier prepared bag insert all the pre cut ingredients and spread them evenly. Slowly pour the sauce and stock mixture to the bag. Try to get as much air out from the bag as you can and close it. Leave the bag with ramen base overnight to let the tastes incorporate. (You can skip this point)

4. Put the bag with pre made ramen the day before into Anova and cook for 1:30.

When the time of cooking is finished serve your ramen very hot with ramen noodles and sliced scallion.
