- Ribeye Steak 
- Salt 
- Steak seasoning 
Directions
- 
                              Step 1The night before the cook, salt steak liberally and place in fridge overnight. NOTE: This step is totally optional, but it will help the steak retain as much moisture as possible. No time? Proceed on! 
- 
                              Step 2Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129°F / 53.9°C and set timer for 2.5 hours 
- 
                              Step 3Wipe excess salt off steak and place steak into vacuum or resealable zipper bag. 
- 
                              Step 4Cook for 2.5 hours. 
- 
                Finishing on grill
- 
                              Step 0When steak is out of the sous vide bath, season with your favorite steak rub, or simply use salt and pepper.

                              Step 1Prepare grill, and get it as hot as you can. 
- 
                              Step 2Place steak on grill and sear for 90 seconds. 
- 
                              Step 3Flip steak and sear another 90 seconds. 
- 
                              Step 4Carefully remove steak and enjoy!
