Ingredients for 1

  • 14 ounce block of soft tofu

  • A bunch of green vegetables, minced

  • 1 bowl flour(50g)

  • 1 carrot, minced

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

  • 1 tablespoon shrimps (20g)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 99.6ºC / 211.3ºF

  • Step 2

    Prepare the ingredients

  • Step 3

    Add the tofu in a mixing bowl and crush it by hand.Add eggs, carrot and green vegetables mix and combine. Add shrimps, flour and salt ,and then continue to mix it well. (If the shrimp is salty, then the salt does not need to be added.)

  • Step 4

    Knead the tofu into your favorite shape by hand, or pressed into the way you like with the help of a mold.

  • Step 5

    Add the vegetable oil in the pan and heat it with a small fire.

  • Step 6

    Add the mashed tofu into the pan.

      Slowly fry it in medium fires. When one side is fried, turn it over and continue to fry. Until both side of it become golden, and then remove them in the plate.
