Member’s Mark (Sam’s Club) frozen tilapia - individually shrink wrapped
Directions

Step 1
Pull out however many tilapia filets you want to prepare. Put it directly in your Sous vide container.

Cook for time needed.

When finished, cut the wrapper of the tilapia open and drain.

You can throw it in a frying pan with seasoning, cook for a couple minutes, then serve. (We like adding mango salsa.) You can also put it directly on a plate with seasoning. Note that with no seasoning, it will be very plain.
