1 venison tenderloin
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
Season vension with salt and pepper
Place in resealable ziploc bag. Sous vide for 2 hours.
Heat heavy-bottomed skillet over high heat.
Place venison into the hot pan, searing for 1 minute per side.
Slice into medallions and serve!
