Salmon
Lemon sliced
Tangerine halved for juice
Thyme, fresh or dry
Rosemary, fresh or dry
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Paprika
Directions

Step 1
Skin on or off is your preference. Place salmon on sheet of aluminum foil. This will help with moving to and from the smoker. Salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Place in smoker for 45 minutes on lowest smoke setting. This is usually about 150 degrees. Pull from smoker.

Step 2
Add lemon slice, sprig of thyme, sprigs of rosemary and place in your ziplock it sealer bags.

Place in water container and set temp and time.

Step 4
Remove and sear in skillet or with torch. I used skillet with butter for basting and added the rosemary and thyme for flavor.

Plate and serve!
