Ingredients for 1
1 ribeye steak, 1.5-2
Set the Anova sous vide precision cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC
Season steak with salt
Place in vacuum bag or resealable ziploc bag and sous vide for two hours
Heat heavy bottomed skillet over high heat, add oil and wait until oil smokes.
Dry steak well, and place in pan for one minute per side. Add butter and thyme and baste steak.
Remove, slice, and serve immediately!
