1/4 cup whole milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
1/4 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Attach an Anova Precision Cooker to a vessel of water and set the temperature to 135°F (57°C).
