2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 pounds beef chuck roast

Attach an Anova Precision Cooker to a vessel of water and set the temperature to 135°F (57°C).

In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the beef chuck roast, making sure to cover all sides.

Place the seasoned beef in a large vacuum-seal bag and remove the air using a vacuum sealer. Place the bag in the water bath and cook for 24 hours.
