- 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning 
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 
- 4 cloves garlic, minced 
- 1 teaspoon salt 
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper 
- 2 pounds beef chuck roast 
Directions

                        Step 1Attach an Anova Precision Cooker to a vessel of water and set the temperature to 135°F (57°C). 
- 
                        Step 2In a small bowl, mix together the Italian seasoning, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub the seasoning mixture all over the beef chuck roast, making sure to cover all sides.

                        Step 3Place the seasoned beef in a large vacuum-seal bag and remove the air using a vacuum sealer. Place the bag in the water bath and cook for 24 hours.

                Finishing Steps

                        Step 0After 24 hours, remove the bag from the water bath and carefully remove the beef from the bag.

                        Step 1Preheat a skillet over high heat and sear the beef for 1 to 2 minutes on each side until browned. Slice the beef thinly and serve hot.
