  • 4 beef cheeks

  • Meat Church Fajita Rub (or your favorite Mexican style seasoning)

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165ºF / 73.9ºC

  • Step 2

    Season beef heavily with rub. Place in resealable ziplock or vacuum bag

  • Step 3

    Place beef cheeks in water bath and sous vide for 24 hours

      Heat skillet over medium high heat

    • Step 1

      Remove beef cheeks from bag, and pat dry. Place in skillet and sear for 1 minute per side.

    • Step 2

      Serve with rice, beans, avocado, tacos, fajitas, etc!
