Meat Church Fajita Rub (or your favorite Mexican style seasoning)

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 165ºF / 73.9ºC

Season beef heavily with rub. Place in resealable ziplock or vacuum bag

Place beef cheeks in water bath and sous vide for 24 hours

Heat skillet over medium high heat

Remove beef cheeks from bag, and pat dry. Place in skillet and sear for 1 minute per side.
