Ingredients for 2
1 lb fresh ground chuck
4 slices American cheese
1 heirloom tomato, sliced
4 slices thick-cut bacon, cooked
GHEE/Clarified Butter for searing.
Set Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 140°F / 60°C
Shape ground beef into two patties, 8oz each and approx 1" thick. Season patties with salt and pepper. Place in ziplock bag.
Sous vide for 90 minutes.
Add GHEE/clarified butter to heavy bottomed pan. Heat over medium-high heat.
Place patties in pan and sear for 1 minute on each side. After first flip, place two slices of cheese on each patty to melt.
Assemble burgers and enjoy!
