Ingredients for 1
Sirloin Steak (1.5inches thick)
Salt (coarse)
Pepper (freshly ground)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil (to finish)
Directions

Step 1
Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129ºF / 53.9ºC

Step 2
Pat down steaks with paper towel until dry and apply salt and pepper.

Step 3
Vacuum pack or seal in ziplock bag, making sure to remove all air before placing in container.

Step 4
Cook for 2hours

Skillet Pan Or Cast Iron Pan

Once steak has been removed from bag, pat down with paper towel

Step 1
Get skillet pan as hot as possible with Olive Oil

Step 2
Sear on both sides for 1 minute each.

Step 3
Remove from skillet and rest for 2 minutes.

Serve and enjoy!
