Cut up 1.5lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast into 1inch cube. Put the chicken in a vacuum sealable bag with the ingredients below.
Basil infused olive oil 1 Tbs
Sicilian lemon balsamic 1 Tbs
Garlic powder 2 tsp
Lemon salt 1.5 tsp
Cracked pepper 1 tsp
Dried oregano 2 tsp
After cooking for 1.5 hrs, sautee in olive oil for about 3 to 5 min, until browned on the edges.
