Ingredients for 1
400 gm Rib Eye
Butter
Garlic
Thyme
Salt
Pepper
Directions

Step 1
Dry steak with kitchen towel.

Put inside sousvide bag with 2 cloves of garlic, thyme, and 1 tablespoon of butter.

Step 3
Vacum and seal the bag.

Step 4
Put in the steak to the sousvide bath and wait for 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes take out the steak from the bag and dry it well using kitchen towel.

Step 1
Add salt and pepper to the both side of the steak.

Step 2
Sear the steak using very hot pan, and without fat for one minute on each side after you flip the steak straight away put in 2 tablespoons of cold butter, garlic, and thyme and keep basting it with the butter for another one minute.

Your steak is ready!
