    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 131.0ºF / 55.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Coat in salt and pepper before putting into the bag nice and simple

  • Step 3

    Make sure bag stays submerged use a weight of needed

  • Step 4

    Once time is done remove from bag keep the juice if ya like will make a delicious gravy

      I seared mine with butter in a pan the bones made it a pain to do next time I’ll probably remove just to make this step easier
