Ingredients for 2

  • 600g picanha

  • Salt

  • Pepper

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 129.2ºF / 54.0ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season with salt and pepper

  • Step 3

    Vacuum the meat in a vacuum bag or use a reusable stasher bag.

    • Grill

    • Step 1

      When the timer goes off, take the meat from the bag and pat dry.

    • Step 2

      Grill in high heat to get a nice crust
