  • 1 tsp sugar

  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 125.0ºF / 51.7ºC.

  • Step 2

    Mix salt and sugar

  • Step 3

    Rub on salmon and refrigerate 30-45 minutes

  • Step 4

    Wrap salmon in plastic wrap

  • Step 5

    Place in bag

  • Step 6

    Rub with oil before wrapping in plastic
