Egg white is soft, not runny. The yolk is gooey. Perfect for my liking.
I cook at least 6 eggs or more eggs at a time.
I put them in the fridge and warm them up using exactly the same temperature setting.
Put cold eggs in the water bath from the beginning. But the time the water reach the temperature, which only take about 10 minutes or less. The cold eggs are warm up with the same texture. Ready to serve.
