  • NY Strip

  • Garlic powder

  • Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions

  • Step 1

    Set your Anova Sous Vide Precision Cooker to 124.0ºF / 51.1ºC.

  • Step 2

    Season steak and vacuum seal

  • Step 3

    Place in sous vide when ready

  • Step 4

    Remove and open sealed bag

  • Step 5

    Pat dry

  • Step 6

    Place in well heated cast iron pan with a tab of butter.

  • Step 7

    Seer both sides.

      Slice to 1/4” slices

    • Step 1

      Serve
